很多朋友都輕視睡眠,因其壞處和好處皆非即時可見,故在生活中最易被犧牲。通常是直至經歷過身體「冧檔」後,才明白睡眠對健康的超級重要性。早睡,是最簡單、最直接的養生,但也是最難堅持的自律。 最近,四十四歲天后蔡依林,分享近年雷打不動的作息律條——堅持「晚上九點半入睡」——終於有名人走出來講睡眠的重要性,實在太好了。這份堅持的背後,是一場健康危機帶來的覺悟。一八年,她因長期熬夜免疫力下降,罹患帶狀疱疹(俗稱生蛇),劇痛讓她重新審視睡眠的價值。蔡坦言,生蛇前每天熬夜,是玩到清晨六點、睡到下午的夜貓族,然而病痛突襲,身體即響警號。帶狀疱疹是由水痘帶狀疱疹病毒引起,會潛伏人體神經節內,當免疫系統變弱時(如壓力大、睡眠不足),病毒會被激活,沿神經綫引發紅疹和劇痛,在疼痛評分中通常達八至十分,屬於極度劇烈級別。 未經歷過身體處於崩壞或崩壞邊緣的人,往往會把睡覺放在最least priority的項目。相信很多人一聽到九點半要瞓覺,本能反應是嗌「無可能!」那也可理解的,生活在香港,沒幾個人能晚上九點半就能入睡。但十點半呢?十一點半呢?十二點前睡覺是天方夜譚?真的「身不由己」?或許只是自己願意與否的問題。我以前也是「夜鬼」,無論工作或玩樂,凌晨三、四點才睡真是閒閒哋。但在身體冧檔邊緣的那一刻,你願意拒絕任何要你熬夜的工作和玩樂,人生只有一個目標:就是盡全力重整自己的作息節奏和修復自己的健康。現在的我,無論多忙,十二點前一定睡覺,有時十點半到十一點,已跟周公子來個早會。對比起年輕的照片,現在的我,狀態和心態都好得多。 睡眠是身體最基礎的免疫防綫。與其等到健康亮起紅燈才補救,不如從今天開始,學習把睡眠變成自己晚上top priority的堅持,給身體一個深度修復的機會。睡眠是健康的關鍵,優質的睡眠才能夠有優質的人生。莫等冧檔才後悔。 撰文 : 利嘉敏 欄名 : 攻關女子 Source link
