時節見人心

雖然中秋已過,但在職場上,中秋未必看得出誰是好老細,但一定可照得出跟着哪個老闆無運行。 中秋節在香港普遍有個不成文規定,就是正日大概會在下午三、四時提早放工過節,因這是大節最重團圓。但年輕友人A呻:「中秋當日要做到晚上六時半才放工。」我奇怪:「你老闆都應該想早放啦!無理由大時大節辛苦自己又辛苦下屬!」友人無奈答道:「傻啦,她當然無辛苦自己,一早三點鐘就鬆人,留低繼續工作的,只有下屬。」 我以為老細自己工作狂,大時大節自己想開工要求員工都一樣,已夠過分,殊不知有人做得出自己一早大搖大擺地走先、卻留下員工埋頭苦幹,簡直無言以對。有老細如此「寬以待己、嚴以律人」,跟着她無運行。長期在這種「時差式寬待」下工作,腎上腺素會像被反覆拉扯的橡筋,終將失去彈性。 友人B亦提供另一單笑料:中秋過後,其老闆拎來兩盒月餅,笑吟吟說:「請大家食!」語氣慷慨如分封諸侯。明眼人一瞧便知–這定是家中堆積如山的節後剩餘物資,自己「食唔晒」才當公司員工是「月餅回收箱」。看見老闆cheap得那麼明顯(只有他本人不覺),全辦公室默契地集體患上月餅厭食症,任那兩盒月餅在茶水間變成職場擺設。 節慶是照妖鏡,三流老闆總在細節處露出馬腳,節後拎來家裏的滯銷貨,還要演繹成「施捨式福利」皇恩浩蕩,可算是刻薄2.0。聰明的管理者懂得以節慶凝聚人心,短視者卻連月餅的時效都計到盡,這種行為,讓員工在背後藐視和耻笑。所以,時節見人心,雖說但願人長久,千里共嬋娟,但若遇上這等老闆,長遠來說無運行,還是更新求職履歷、待時機成熟另謀高就為妙。畢竟,職場的月光,照得亮前途,也照得清誰不值得你浪費青春。 撰文 : 利嘉敏 欄名 : 攻關女子 Source link
