Burnley arrives at Elland Road already relegated, the club’s fate sealed following a 1-0 home defeat to Manchester City on April 23.
Following Burnley’s relegation, manager Scott Parker left the club by mutual consent, with Mike Jackson taking over on an interim basis.
The Clarets have dropped four consecutive league matches and have conceded 68 goals this season, the most of any team in the Premier League.
