Hong Kong police arrest male suspect, 36, over sexual assaults on 4 drunk men

Hong Kong police have arrested a 36‑year‑old man on suspicion of sexually assaulting three intoxicated men and a teenager in guest houses or staircases after they passed out on the street, as well as recording the assaults.

The force received a report from a 19‑year‑old man who said he had gone drinking in Central in the early hours of Saturday.

After passing out on the street, he awoke around 3pm in a guest house room in Tsim Sha Tsui, naked and suffering pain in his anus, according to Inspector Tsang Chi-ho of Yau Tsim district crime squad.

He suspected he had been assaulted and immediately left the premises to call police.

After reviewing police security camera footage, investigators identified the suspect and arrested him on Monday.

The alleged offences included non-consensual buggery, unlawful recording of genitals, drug possession and gross indecency.
