Aurecon, an Asia Pacific engineering consultancy, has deployed Ramco System’s payroll management services across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia.
This replaces Aurecon’s legacy payroll processes in each country with a single, consistent and consolidated service spanning all seven markets.
Under the engagement, Ramco manages gross and net pay calculations, retroactive pay and increments, and payslip generation on Aurecon’s behalf, alongside country-specific statutory compliance.
The service also gives Aurecon’s central payroll team a 360-degree view of payroll operations through Ramco BInGO, Payce’s reporting and analytics tool, and integrates seamlessly with Workday, Aurecon’s ERP system, across all seven countries, as well as with third-party banking partners, delivering a secure and consistent flow of data across every market.
As a result, Aurecon has achieved improved payroll accuracy and timeliness, realised cost efficiencies across payroll and other teams, and gained access to modern payroll technology to support ongoing innovation.
