FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that IC Funded, the prop trading / trader challenges unit of leading Australia based Retail FX and CFDs broker IC (formerly known as IC Markets), has now gone live. CFDs broker YaMarkets shuts down. Offshore CFDs broker YaMarkets is shutting down. The company, run mainly from Dubai and India and focused primarily on the Indian market, has taken down the yamarkets.com website, which now shows a Service Closure Announcement. The company’s B2B brand YaPrime has also taken down its site at yaprime.com.

German neobroker Trade Republic inks Brad Pitt as Brand Ambassador. Berlin based neobroker Trade Republic has announced that it is launching the largest campaign in the company’s history. The face of the campaign is Brad Pitt, two-time Oscar winner and one of the world’s most recognized and respected actors. Trade Republic was valued at about €12.5 billion in a late 2025 secondary share sale, which saw €1.2 billion in company stock move between a number of (mainly) institutional and venture investors in the company.

Three leading global Retail FX and CFDs brokers – Pepperstone, Capital.com, and Trade Nation – have announced that they have launched the Bahamas Institute of Forex and CFD Issuers, or BIFCI. BIFCI is described as a not-for-profit industry association representing licensed Forex and CFD firms operating in The Bahamas. The Institute was created to give the sector a credible, organised voice — one grounded in transparency, compliance, and responsible market practices.
