Tom Hardy and Guy Ritchie’s acclaimed crime series MobLand is set to return to streaming with its second season. The Paramount+ drama will continue the story of the Harrigan crime family following the violent events of the first season. With new threats, the upcoming season will bring back several of the series’ main characters for another chapter.
MobLand Season 2 hits Paramount+ next month
MobLand will return to Paramount+ next month, with Season 2 set to premiere on September 18, 2026, as reported by PEOPLE. The upcoming season will feature 10 episodes, with a new episode released every Friday through the finale in November. The crime drama will continue the Harrigan family’s struggle to retain control of its criminal operation as new rivals move against them.
Season 2 will focus on Conrad and Maeve Harrigan as they attempt to keep their organization together while facing an increasingly serious external threat. The couple will try to maintain a united front, but conflict within the family will make that increasingly difficult. Harry Da Souza, the family’s fixer, will once again be caught in the middle as the Harrigans deal with both the threat to their empire and their internal divisions.
Paramount+’s synopsis teases a worsening situation for the family, stating that “violence spills into every corner of their lives, loyalties snap, safety proves temporary, and the battle for power leaves no room for mercy.”
Season 2 picks up after the events of Season 1, which ended with Harry killing O’Hara Delaney and Richie Stevenson after discovering their betrayal. However, he was later stabbed by his estranged wife, Jan, while Kevin took control of the Harrigan criminal empire.
Tom Hardy will reprise his role as Harry Da Souza, with Pierce Brosnan returning as Conrad Harrigan and Helen Mirren as Maeve Harrigan. The cast also includes Paddy Considine as Kevin Harrigan, Joanne Froggatt as Jan Da Souza, Lara Pulver as Isabella “Bella” Harrigan, and Anson Boon as Eddie Harrigan.
