事以密成

很多朋友問我:「你點樣可同時做咁多事?在大學教書、做研究、每日寫專欄、做兩個節目主持、還要寫書、鑽研養生、上跳舞堂、又玩Pilates、竟還有時間跟老友吃喝玩樂?」 我無秘笈,但一直奉行:相信自己,多做事少說話,毋須徵求太多意見。「事以密成,語以泄敗」,「做」緊要過「講」。何解? 一、當一個人將計劃公布天下,大腦會產生一種「假成功感」,以為自己已做了一半,這反而減低真正行動的動力。講得多,實則得把口。 二、意見太多=噪音太多,未開始就問勻全世界,七嘴八舌,聽完仲亂。失敗原因,八字總括:太多聲音,太少行動。 三、不想看到別人成功,人性也。有些人自己做不到,亦見不得別人做得到。十劃未有一撇就急張揚,只會引來「關心」(即質疑)、「建議」(即潑冷水),甚至暗中破壞。做實事者,宜默默做,成事才亮相,乃最大保護。 那即是如何實踐呢? 一、雖然沉默是「金」,但行動才是「鑽石」:行動最實際,遇到問題才請教前輩、有經驗者或專家。 二、信自己:當事人往往知道點做,只是不夠膽或扚唔起心肝。與其問人「我應不應該?」,不如問自己「我最差可以點收科?」。心裏有底,評估風險,權衡得失,放膽去做。 三、用結果說話:成功毋須沾沾自喜向人講解如何成功;失敗更不必向人解釋,只對自己交代便是。 由今日開始,不妨試下:一、想健身,靜靜地報班,三個月後先post相。二、想進修,完成課程才張揚。三、想創業,計劃書寫好未?未仔細想好每一步如何執行就急於向人講,那就只是閒聊吹水(吹牛)而已。 這是我多年的觀察:成功的人,習慣在沉默中積累;失敗的人,習慣在喧嘩中虛耗。與其問一百個人如何走路,不如自己靜靜地站起來走走試試。事,密成;語,泄敗。共勉之。 撰文 : 利嘉敏 欄名 : 攻關女子 Source link
