Despite all eyes being on their budding relationship, “Euphoria” star Sydney Sweeney and Scooter Braun managed to go into the heart of New York City without being noticed.
Braun, 44, shared a video of his late-night outing with Sweeney, 28, to Times Square in a May 31 Instagram post. The two rode electric bikes through the city, grabbed hamburgers, and made their way to Seventh Avenue and 46th Street to admire a digital billboard showing her latest American Eagle campaign.
“When you’re in bed at 11pm and your girl says ‘I’ve never been to Times Square…’ 😂” Braun captioned the post.
Sweeney, donning sunglasses, a blue oversized hoodie, and light-wash jeans, briefly sang along to “Empire State of Mind” on the sidewalk as passersby paid the couple no mind.
In one of the clips, Sweeney excitedly gave Braun a thumbs-up.
Nearly a year after they sparked speculation of a romance while in Italy for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez Bezos’ wedding, the two have been more public with their relationship in recent weeks. Sweeney, on May 1, posted multiple photos of her and the former music manager getting cozy at the Stagecoach Music Festival in Southern California, with Braun carrying “The Housemaid” actress bridal style as well as on his shoulders during a set.
Sweeney and her fiancé, Jonathan Davino, ended their engagement after nearly seven years together in early 2025.
Braun — a high-profile talent manager who worked with high-profile clients like Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande and once controversially owned the lion’s share of Taylor Swift‘s catalog — was previously married to Canadian cancer activist Yael Cohen, with whom he shares three children. Braun filed for divorce in 2021, which was finalized in 2022.
