ODESSA, Texas (KOSA) – Designer registration is now open for the 9th annual Permian Basin Recycle Fashion Show.
This is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 17, at 7:00 p.m. at the Odessa Marriott Hotel & Conference Center, 305 E. Fifth St.
The event is hosted by Keep Odessa Beautiful, the event invites designers of all ages and experience levels to create and showcase outfits made entirely from recycled or repurposed materials.
