The “high-stakes conversations” expert brings more than 40 years of clinical and boardroom experience to Hollywood’s premier fall awards-week gifting event
— Chuck Henderson, CEO of the American Diabetes Association
LOS ANGELES , CA, UNITED STATES, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Liz Goll Lerner, LCAT, LCPAT, LPC, ATR-BC, a licensed psychotherapist, transformational coach and communication expert whose clients include Fortune-level CEOs, association presidents and public figures, will make her Emmy week debut at the Harvest 2026 Gifting Lounge Honoring Emmy Nominees, taking place September 10 in Beverly Hills ahead of the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards.
Produced by Heather Marianna and The Marianna Group, Harvest is one of fall awards week’s most sought-after celebrity gifting experiences, drawing more than 150 nominees, celebrities, VIPs and members of the media for a curated day of luxury brands, gourmet experiences and red carpet arrivals. Now in its third year, the lounge has become a fixture of Emmy week, with previous editions hosted at the Beverly Hills Marriott.
Goll Lerner joins the 2026 lineup with a lounge experience built around a single premise: the conversations that change your life are the ones you’re most afraid to have.
Under the banner High-Stakes Conversations — From the Bedroom to the Boardroom, Lerner will offer Emmy nominees, talent and media guests one-on-one moments to name the difficult conversation they’ve been avoiding- a contract negotiation, a creative disagreement, a marriage at a crossroads, a conversation with an aging parent and walk away with a concrete first move.
“Every person walking that red carpet has a conversation they’re dreading,” said Lerner. “It might be with a studio, a partner, a co-star or a family member. The stakes look different from the outside, but the nervous system doesn’t know the difference between a boardroom and a bedroom — it just knows something important is on the line. My work is teaching people how to stay themselves when it matters most.”
Goll Lerner’s background is unique in the coaching field. A licensed psychotherapist and board-certified art therapist with more than 40 years in practice, she pioneered art therapy programs in Seattle, developed expressive therapy programming at Northwestern University Medical Center, taught as an adjunct professor in George Washington University’s Graduate Art Therapy Program, and was a pivotal member in Georgetown University’s National Institutes of Health study.
She brings that clinical foundation into executive rooms. As founder of the Enlightened Communication Institute® and CEO of Your Inspired Choices® LLC, Lerner has coached senior leaders through keynote addresses, board presentations, succession conversations and organizational conflict.
“Liz played a pivotal role in my mental preparation for delivering multiple keynote presentations at our Global Diabetes Scientific Sessions conference,” said Chuck Henderson, CEO of the American Diabetes Association. “She consistently challenged me to step out of my comfort zone, and it was through that gentle encouragement that I realized my true capabilities. When the day of the conference arrived, I felt a sense of calmness and self-assurance I had never experienced before.”
Her proprietary Accelerated Breakthrough Coaching® method compresses that work into short, intensive engagements. “In a very short time, I was able to gain deep insights and change my perspective and behavior,” said client L. C. of Washington, D.C. “I have waited years to find a method and a person who would help me tackle long-standing blocks to living fully in my personal power and true self.”
At Harvest, Goll Lerner’s activation will include:
– One-on-one high-stakes conversation consults with Lerner throughout the day
– A guest wall where attendees can name the conversation they’ve been avoiding
– Complimentary copies of her brand new edition of Divorce Well and Thrive®: Your Guide to Being Your Best Self Under the Worst Circumstances, for nominees and guests
– A high-stakes conversation tip sheet, available to all lounge guests
Lerner will also debut a preview of the expanded coaching program she is bringing to market in Fall 2026.
