New CBS TV Show’s Final Episode Streams on Paramount+ Today

More than a month after getting canceled, Paramount+ has finally added the series finale episode of CBS’s latest workplace comedy series. Starring Harriet Dyer (The Invisible Man), the DMV show has officially concluded its run with the premiere of Season 1’s twentieth and final episode, which is now available to stream on Paramount+.

DMV revolves around the workers of East Hollywood DMV, including Colette (Dyer), who is a driving examiner with a big heart. The ensemble cast also includes Tony Cavalero as Vic, Molly Kearney as Barbara, Alex Tarrant as Noa, Gigi Zumbado as Ceci, and Tim Meadows as Gregg. It featured guest appearances from Randall Park and Leslie Jones.

What do we know about CBS’s DMV series finale?

DMV Season 1, Episode 20, titled “Impact Will Be Felt,” was directed by Natalia Anderson, with Dana Klein and Matt Kuhn writing the screenplay. The show currently holds a 65% approval rating on Rotten Tomatoes, based on 17 reviews.

“A long‑awaited achievement sparks an office celebration that brings unresolved feelings and difficult realizations to the surface. Meanwhile, high‑stakes decisions and unexpected shifts in power shape the future of the workplace, leaving the team to face major change ahead, in the series finale of DMV,” reads the logline for the final episode.

The workplace comedy series was created, written, and executive-produced by Dana Klein, who also served as its showrunner. Executive producers were Aaron Kaplan, Matt Kuhn, Robyn Meisinger, Wendi Trilling, and Trent O’Donnell. It was also produced by Irene Litinsky and Loic Bernard. The show was a production by CBS Studios.
