Borussia Dortmund’s young Italian centre-back Luca Reggiani is on the lookout for more playing time and could leave the German club, according to BILD. The defender is being linked with a move to his home country, Italy, with Serie A champions Inter among the clubs showing an interest.
The 18-year-old doesn’t believe he will get regular first-team minutes at Dortmund in the upcoming season, according to reports. Because of this, a move away from the Black and Yellows, even as a temporary loan deal, is a strong possibility.
It has further been indicated that the Nerazzurri already contacted the defender’s representatives.
It has been suggested that Reggiani wouldn’t be opposed to returning to his home country. However, the defender extended his contract with Dortmund in March, which means a lucrative offer is needed to convince Dortmund to sell him and because of this, a loan move is the most likely outcome.
