Joan Garcia has enjoyed a great season at Barcelona since moving to the club from local rivals Espanyol in the summer.
The stopper settled quickly and took very little time to impress between the sticks. Although he was sidelined earlier this season after undergoing knee surgery, he bounced back quickly and looks a great bit of business by Barca.

Garcia’s numbers are also impressive. He’s currently leading the way when it comes to clean sheets in La Liga. The Barcelona goalkeeper has 14 in 27 matches in the Spanish top flight, three ahead of nearest rival Thibaut Courtois.
The summer signing is also on course to lift the Zamora Trophy in his first season at the Camp Nou. Garcia currently has the best coefficient (0.70) but needs to play one more game (to take his tally to 28) to be eligible for the award.
Unless he picks up an injury in training, Garcia will start for Barcelona against Osasuna on Saturday night and should then take the lead in the Zamora race ahead of Courtois, David Soria and Luiz Junior.
