Fan Expo Denver promises a star-studded reunion with “The X-Files” cast and celebrities from “The Lord of the Rings” and “The Goonies.”
DENVER — The truth is out there, and so is a massive X-Files reunion in Colorado.
“The X-Files” stars Gillian Anderson, David Duchovny, Robert Patrick, Annabeth Gish, Mitch Pileggi, Nicholas Lea, and William B. Davis are reuniting for Fan Expo Denver next month.
The seven actors are part of a growing list of celebrities coming to the Colorado Convention Center from Thursday, May 28, to Sunday, May 31. Organizers of Fan Expo Denver have also announced cast members of “The Lord of the Rings,” “Scream,” “The Goonies,” and “Lost” are among those scheduled to appear at Denver’s largest pop culture festival.
“The Lord of the Rings” celebrity guests include Orlando Bloom, Elijah Wood, Karl Urban, Miranda Otto, Sean Astin, John Rhys-Davies, John Noble, Dominic Monaghan, and Billy Boyd.
Astin is pulling double duty, reuniting with his fellow “Goonies” cast members Corey Feldman, Robert Davi, Joe Pantoliano, Kerri Green, and Martha Plimpton, to celebrate the 1985 classic.
