BAPE CAFE has officially arrived at Hong Kong’s 1881 Heritage for the holiday season. This time, BAPE teams up with Tokyo’s renowned dessert sensation Flipper’s, merging its legendary “Miracle Soufflé Pancakes” with the world of streetwear.

BAPE CAFE: What is on the menu?
Step into the BAPE CAFE!?®, and you enter an all-white flagship concept that also carries the sweet, comforting aroma of butter and sugar.
At the heart of the menu is Flipper’s famed cloud-like soufflé pancake, with adorable BABY MILO elements infused into the dishes. Besides the collection, there are special flavours, alongside savoury options such as American lobster pasta, strawberry basque cheesecake parfait, and a newly introduced parfait-style ice cream.
Each order is carefully prepared to achieve a slightly aromatic exterior and a melt-in-your-mouth, cloud-like interior. Pair your pancakes with a latte featuring the BAPE logo or a special cup of matcha that delights both the eyes and the palate.
The interior design of the store incorporates BAPE’s signature elements, transforming every dish into part of a fashionable experience. MODERNICA x BAPE fiberglass shell chairs also help to create a dining atmosphere that balances street-style edge with a warm, inviting atmosphere.
