Arsenal have been handed their first injury concern of the international break after Kai Havertz was forced off during Germany’s Nations League game against the Netherlands on Thursday night.
Havertz was handed a start in Jurgen Klopp’s first game in charge of Germany but the Arsenal forward was substituted after just 30 minutes
The 27-year-old was caught on the knee with a raised foot from Quinten Timber, who is the twin brother of his Arsenal teammate Jurrien.
Havertz was treated on the field by Germany’s medical staff and was able to leave the pitch without assistance.

But he headed straight down the tunnel after being replaced by Younes Ebnoutalib.
Television cameras also caught Havertz walking freely down a set of stairs towards the dressing room after he was substituted.
Elsewhere, Sunderland striker Brian Brobbey was also forced off in the first half of the game.
Brobbey, who scored a hat-trick in Sunderland’s 5-3 defeat to Manchester City last Sunday, appeared to suffer a hamstring injury.
Meanwhile, Arsenal are not back in action until the Premier League resumes next month, with Mikel Arteta’s side hosting Leeds United at the Emirates Stadium on October 10.
