
Denmark’s women’s rugby team has won the Melrose Claymore title at the Hong Kong Sevens, beating Thailand 17–14 in the final, the team announced in an Instagram post.
The match took place at the Hong Kong Sevens, a large international rugby tournament that this year celebrates its 50th anniversary.

More than 34,000 fans were in the stadium for the opening matches.
Teams from around the world took part in the tournament, which is one of the most well-known rugby events in Asia.
The Hong Kong Sevens took place at Kai Tak Stadium from April 17 to 19, 2026.
