The four-day Wine and dine Festival has concluded with a family Halloween themed final day.

Fancy dress was optional, but rewarded, visitors could try a  variety of food options

The wine and dine festival at Central habourfront is not only a place for wine lovers. Families flocked to the festival to enjoy the festive atmosphere. 

While parents are enjoying wine, kids are filling their stomach with Michelin food, including this Japanese family based in Hong Kong, which plans to spend more than 1000 dollars.

Shintaro Negishi, a Japanese based in Hong Kong, said: "She can drink soft drink, and everything we can enjoy. No similar event in Japan. Much more drunk I have to use more money."

As for the last day, visitors attend earlier to catch the last weekend vibe before the start of another working or school week.

A Russian based in Hong Kong, Anna, said: "I think half of the Hong Kong is here for this weekend. We came for lucky draw. Not until mid-night. Tomorrow is Monday."

As the star of the show, this 2017 French red, priced at around HK$40,000, took the centre stage. It requires 100 tasting tokens, HK$2,500, for one sip, but it didn't stop the wine lovers.

Exhibitor Janice Wong said: "We actually have sold a double digit of glasses over the last three days. I guess it's because many customers for wine lovers actually is a very luxury wine, and they're dream wine, so they would love to have a taste."

On the last day, visitors who are arriving in Halloween costumes or makeup can receive two more tokens to enjoy wine and food.
