    從蘇格蘭到巴黎高訂 Johnnie Walker 最近邀請了香港出身、現居倫敦的高訂時裝設計師雲惟俊(Robert Wun),為其經典的 Blue Label,以及 John Walker & Sons XR 21 Year Old 兩款佳釀換上只屬於農曆馬年的前衞新衣。Johnnie Walker 每逢農曆新年推出特別版早已是指定動作,今年選中 Robert Wun 作為聯乘合作對象,並非單純因為他有「香港根」的故事,而是因為他本身就是一個象徵突破與夢想的代表人物。作為首位登上巴黎高級訂製時裝周官方日程的香港設計師,他的雕塑感廓形、戲劇性剪裁,幾乎是把時裝當成建築來做。當這種前衛誇張輪廓遇上蘇格蘭老牌威士忌的深沉氣質,產生的是一種有趣的張力:一邊是兩百多年歷史的工藝,一邊是仍在突破邊界的當代美學。 馬在華人文化裏,一向是力量、堅毅與向前奔馳的化身,對一向強調「Keep Walking」口號的 Johnnie Walker 來說,幾乎是天作之合。但 Robert Wun 今回並沒有按傳統套路畫一匹「瑞獸年畫馬」,而是用他拿手的流動布料線條,勾勒出一匹處於疾馳瞬間的抽象馬身,旁邊則是穿上他標誌性戲劇剪裁服裝的人物剪影,像一場被凝固的高訂大秀。 威士忌瓶身以高雅深藍為主調,刻意拉開與傳統紅金新年包裝的距離,既是向 Blue Label 的經典致意,也是對「農曆新年只能紅到發光」這件事的一種溫柔反叛。 從酒液到輪廓的「層次感」 有趣的是,雙方在「層次」這個關鍵詞上,意外地對得上頻率。Blue Label 一直強調只從龐大酒庫中挑選「萬中選一」的酒桶,每一桶都要具備豐富香氣與風味層次,才能進入這支經典調和酒釀。官方品酒筆記裏提到的香料、雲呢拿、蜂蜜、焦糖、榛子、黑朱古力,再加上一條悠長煙燻尾韻,本質上是一個由柔到強、由甜到煙的起承轉合。而 Robert Wun 的高訂作品,則常常以誇張堆疊的荷葉邊、層層綻放的裙擺,去營造一種亦柔亦剛的視覺節奏——當這種節奏被壓縮到一面瓶身,變成飛揚的布片、延展的線條時,它其實跟那杯 Blue Label 在口腔裏的風味層次的推進方式,意外地非常相似!可以說,這次聯乘真正的高明之處,不在於把一匹馬描畫得多麼逼真,而在於讓觀者在視覺上感受到「層次」,再在舌尖上印證這種層次,完成一次由眼到口的感官體驗。 值得留意的是,是次合作並不只停留在 Blue Label 上,連 John Walker & Sons XR 21 年也一併換上 Robert…
