Jennifer Pedranti is speaking out after a shocking family incident. The RHOC star addressed reports involving one of her sons in the fire incident.
Jennifer Pedranti says her son will attend a fire safety course after the seven-acre blaze
Jennifer Pedranti shared a statement through her Instagram Stories. She addressed growing rumors about the brush fire incident. The fire happened Tuesday in Ladera Ranch, Southern California. It eventually spread across seven acres of vegetation.
Pedranti confirmed her son and others were involved. She did not reveal which son it was. She said both parents are taking this very seriously. Pedranti called the behavior completely unacceptable.
She wrote, “I would like to clear up the rumblings of my son having involvement in the Ladera Ranch fire. He and others were involved. My ex-husband [William Pedranti] and myself take this very serious. This behavior is unacceptable and we are deeply sorry to our community. This is a tough learning moment for our son and our family.”
The RHOC star also confirmed no arrests were made. Still, she said there will be real consequences. Her son will attend a fire safety course. Pedranti wrote, “There were no arrests made, but consequences for actions are being put into place.”
“He will be taking a fire safety course to make sure a mistake like this never happens again. There are consequences within our family and we will make sure our son learns from this accident.”
The Orange County fire officials said the blaze remains under investigation. Several minors were interviewed at the scene afterward. Firefighters stopped the flames before reaching nearby homes. Officials have not announced the exact cause yet.
The investigation is still ongoing, and officials are reviewing everything. Pedranti says her family is taking full responsibility. Her son will attend a fire safety course soon. She also apologized to the community for the incident.
Pedranti called it a tough lesson for the whole family. She hopes her son learns and never repeats it again.
