最近在公司教課，有關團隊溝通。 同事對於「同理不等於同意」這課題，很感興趣。如此一來，我也想問問讀者，知道「同理」、「同意」、「同情」是三個不同的意思嗎？ 同理是對於他人的情緒，身同感受，能站在對方的角度來看事情，但不是順從對方，對他的想法並不需要表達認同與否。同意是在事實描述上認同，是觀點上的認同，心裏接受這做法背後的價值或意義。因此，同理不代表同意。例如：我們能理解某人因為沒錢，生活匱乏而鋌而走險去偷錢，我們把自己放到那處境，有了彼此同在的感覺，自然能理解對方這樣做的情緒。但，這絕不代表我們認同偷竊這行為。 而我們從小到大，耳熟能詳的「同情」，反而是在溝通中最危險的。因為，它會瞬間拉開與對方的距離！「我很同情你」–聽到這句話就會讓人馬上感覺到說話的人在心理上的位置比自己高，這人並不是站在自己的角度看事情，而是遠遠的，以局外人的姿態去描述自己的處境。更甚者，或會帶有批判。 當一個人掉入人生的黑洞中，「同情」是我站在洞口，俯視在底下痛苦的你，說你真痛苦，願你能早點上來。而「同理」，是我選擇爬下洞口，和你一起坐在黑暗中，體會你的處境。有效職場溝通，最關鍵還是建立彼此的信任。 其實很多時候，我們不必急着「幫他解決問題」「讓他心情好起來」或期待他「欣然接受現況」。靜靜地聽，靜靜陪伴，就足夠了。不過，兩個人面對面，總不可能長時間默默無語。在我個人經驗中，「我可以想像你的難過」「我之前也發生過類似事情……」是很有力量的句式，大家不妨試試。 撰文 : 金鈴 欄名 : 鈴動悉地 Source link
