North Korea's Kim to Xi: to develop China ties no matter how global order changes, KCNA says

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un told Chinese President Xi Jin Ping his country would steadily develop ties with China “no matter how the international situation may change” in a message sent on China’s national foundation day on Wednesday, state media reported.
