Jamie Oliver’s new Channel 4 series, Jamie: Eat Yourself Healthy, started this week, promising plenty of “nutritious nosh”. The first episode delivered several delicious dishes, including sustainable meatballs and a smoked salmon omelette that covers all food groups.
