What was once 19 is now starting to dwindle as celebrities are leaving the Traitors Castle.
The episode opened with singer Paloma Faith receiving the touch of death from traitor Alan Carr; however, she did not die straight away and did not ‘die’ until the challenge later in the show.
Now, another two are seemingly at risk, with the first round table of the series underway, but with the result of the vote yet to be revealed.
BBC Celebrity Traitors episode two ends on big cliffhanger
As the first round table of the series came to a close and voting was underway, it seemed Kate Garrway and Niko Omliana were at risk of leaving.
It was a tense affair, with names such as Tameka Empson and Tom Daley also mentioned as being potential traitors.
However, the first celebrity banishment was not revealed, ending before Stephen Fry could reveal his vote.
Fans of the show were left fuming after the big ending.
One said on X, formerly Twitter: “OMG!!!! You can’t end #CelebrityTraitors IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROUND TABLE.”

Another wrote: “WHY DO THEY KEEP ENDING ON CLIFFHANGERS.”
A third said: “Why do they leave it like that?! And not on til next Wednesday?”
A fourth viewer said: “BBC mistaking cliffhangers for entertainment. Leaving us disappointed about how an episode ended instead of excited about what just happened.”
