The biggest derby in German football has come down to the Bayern Munich team.
Bayern defeated Borussia Dortmund at Signal Iduna Park with a 3:2 upset.
The match held on Saturday belonged to the 24th round of the German Bundesliga.
The “Yellow-Blacks” ended the first half in the lead with a goal scored by Nico Schlotterbeck in the 26th minute.
Bayern equalized in the 54th minute with a goal scored by Harry Kane from the penalty spot.
Kane also scored the 2-1 lead in the 70th minute.
Dortmund equalized the score at 2:2 in the 83rd minute. The goal was scored by Daniel Svensson.
Four minutes later, midfielder Joshua Kimmich scored the winning goal for the Bavarians.
Bayern has moved even further up the table with this victory. It is the leader with 63 points. Dortmund is ranked one position lower with 52 points.
Bayern is making very good strides towards winning the championship title again.
