AI videos of Tupac hanging out with Kobe Bryant, Michael Jackson, and Elvis Presley have sparked some serious discussions amongst fans regarding the use of AI and whether such videos of deceased celebrities should be encouraged or not.

In a video shared by Daily Loud’s X (formerly Twitter) handle, there are multiple clips stitched together, making the deceased celebrities’ reactions look real and organic. In the first clip, Shakur is taking a “selfie video” with Bryant and Presley, encouraging them to say “Abana,” and in the second video, Shakur is “racing” against Bryant.

The AI videos of Tupac and Kobe Bryant seem very real, with their real voice, mannerisms, accent, and gestures used to give it a feel of manufactured authenticity. Additionally, Shakur also “interacts” with Michael Jackson and Bruce Lee.

An anonymous fan has re-created Shakur’s iconic 2002 song “Thugz Mansion,” released posthumously, and it is going viral on the internet, spawning negative and a few positive reactions (via NewsBreak).

One fan commented, “Something about this feels strange to me. I’d feel weird about random people making AI videos of me after my death, portraying me a certain way. But maybe that’s just me.”

Another fan echoed the above sentiment and wrote, “We need to stop with these AI videos, they’re getting weird.”

A few fans, however, didn’t mind the AI videos and reacted positively, impressed with how real the video looks. “AI’s bringing legends together like never before. Mind-blowing stuff!” one fan commented.

Finally, another fan penned, echoing the above comment, “It’s scary, but also very impressive”.

The AI videos also showcase Shakur hanging out with his contemporary Christopher Wallace, a.k.a. The Notorious B.I.G., who passed away six months after Tupac’s death. The “California Love” rapper is also interacting with his former friend Pac. The original creator of the AI videos is unknown.
