Olivia Cooke admitted that she had “a sexual awakening” when watching a specific Christmas movie. The film featured Billy Bob Thornton as a lead. Alden Ehrenreich stepped in to remind Cooke that she was on camera. However, the latter didn’t shy away from admitting that she had a formative experience through Thornton’s character.

In a conversation with Entertainment Weekly at the Toronto International Film Festival, Helen Mirren initially revealed that Bad Santa is her favorite holiday movie and that she loves it. After this, Cooke asked if that movie had Thornton, to which Mirren replied yes. After being a bit shocked, she confessed that she had an “awakening” while watching Thornton’s Willie in the movie.
Ehrenreich reconfirmed whether she was really talking about the Bad Santa movie. Cooke reiterated, “I had a very formative sexual, like, thing,” Ehrenreich reminded her that she is on camera whereas Mirren tried to shush her so that she doesn’t make bold statements on-air.
However, Cooke was completely fine admitting that she did have an “awakening” after seeing Thornton in a jacuzzi. Acknowledging her boldness Mirren told her that she would tell this little secret to Thornton when she sees him.
Bad Santa centers on Willie T. Soke and his dwarf assistant, Marcus Skidmore. They’re professional thieves, but in order to make everyone’s fool and rob, they dress up as Santa and an Elf. Their first mission is to rob the mall, which seemingly goes awry. This is because during their heist, the thieves come across an eight-year old boy, and they develop a special friendship.
Apart from Thornton, the cast includes Tony Cox, Lauren Graham, Brett Kelly, Lauren Tom, John Ritter, Bernie Mac, Alex Borstein, Ajay Naidu, Billy Gardell, and Bryan Callen, among others.
