The England striker has been crowned the best footballer of the 2025-2026 season in Germany, beating French team-mate Olise and Stuttgart’s Deniz Undav, the first German player on the list.

In the poll run by “Kicker” magazine, Kane picked up 272 votes to Olise’s 203 and Undav’s 61, from 656 members of the German association of sports journalists.
Kane scored 61 goals in 51 official matches for Bayern last season and claimed the European Golden Boot too.
The England man declared a few days ago that this was the best season of his career.
On the women’s side, the award went to midfielder Giulia Gwinn, another Bayern Munich player.
