What is Sebastian Stan’s The 355 movie about?

The 355’s plot centers around a situation where a mercenary gets control of a dangerous and top-secret weapon. With a large-scale adverse impact suspected if not intervened in time, the onus is on Mason Brown (Jessica Chastain), who is a skilled CIA agent, to put a stop to the possible consequences.

In her quest to recover the weapon, Brown joins a group of tough and extremely skilled women, namely, Marie (a German agent), Khadijah (an MI6 ally and tech genius), and Graciela (a Colombian psychologist).

However, en route to their mission to retrieve the deadly weapon, the four women also come across an unknown female threat, Lin Mi Sheng. Staying in the shadows, the woman is able to trace every footprint of the quartet, making their mission extremely difficult to execute. Several locations can be spotted in the action sequences of the movie, such as Shanghai, Morocco, and Paris.

Co-written by Simon Kinberg and Theresa Rebeck, The 355 is available to stream starting today on Peacock.
