PJ’s Coffee is bringing more of its signature New Orleans-style beignets and hospitality to Louisiana’s capital with a new location coming soon at 3384 Government St. at the corner of Acadian Thruway, marking another milestone in the brand’s continued growth across its home state.
Owned and operated by Ballard Brands — the privately held hospitality and foodservice company behind the New Orleans-born coffee brand — the new coffee shop will transform a former CVS into a modern neighborhood coffee destination, offering guests a convenient stop for handcrafted beverages, fresh breakfast items and pastries. Situated next to Catholic High School and near St. Joseph’s Academy, the location is well-positioned to become part of the daily routines of students, families, professionals and area residents.
The Baton Rouge location will offer guests PJ’s full lineup of handcrafted beverages, including its Original Cold Brew iced coffee, espresso-based favorites, frozen beverages and seasonal offerings, alongside fresh breakfast items, pastries and grab-and-go fare — especially its warm, freshly prepared beignets dusted with powdered sugar. For guests looking beyond coffee, PJ’s offers customizable Energy Drinks with a New Orleans twist, including fan favorites like Voodoo Energy and Swamp Attack, delivering bold flavor and an energizing boost. The location will also feature a drive-thru, providing guests with a convenient way to enjoy their favorite drinks on the go.
