Kim Kardashian is reportedly seeking to extend the restraining order against her alleged stalker. The billionaire socialite has said that she still needs protection from the “delusional” man. This time, Kardashian also wants her family members to receive the court-ordered protection.

According to a Tuesday, July 7 report by TMZ, Kim Kardashian’s lawyers, Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels, have filed to extend a restraining order against her alleged stalker, Nicholas Costanza. The order was first issued in July 2021 and is set to expire on Wednesday. She originally filed this restraining order after Costanza sent her a package of Plan B and a diamond ring.
Kardashian has claimed that Costanza has violated the restraining order multiple times in the past and continues to send her messages. The SKIMS founder said that Costanza’s “delusional beliefs, anger, and obsession have not improved.”
Kardashian further alleged that the stalker has tweeted her around 80 times over the last few years. She said that Costanza has often called her his “soulmate,” claiming that they are supposed to be together and start a family.
The socialite and businesswoman also referred to an incident from September 2024. She said that Costanza broke into her house, which he claimed he bought with her. He also messaged Kim online to meet him, along with other members of her family.
Costanza allegedly made a social media post directed at Kardashian, saying, “I am not going to f*** your Mother or Sisters unless you give me permission too Kimberly Babe.” Two days later, authorities arrested him on multiple charges, including burglary, stalking, and possession of methamphetamine.
According to the report, Kim Kardashian is seeking to extend the soon-to-expire restraining order for an additional five years. She has also requested that her family members receive the court-ordered protection as well.
