Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson Celebrate Marriage With Bahamas Wedding Ceremony

Donald Trump Jr. and Bettina Anderson tied the knot for the second time on Saturday, at an intimate ceremony in the Bahamas. The 48-year-old son of President Donald Trump and the 39-year-old socialite “got married on a glorious day in a place where they often visit,” a source close to the couple confirmed to People. The bride made the news official by sharing a black-and-white photo of her hand and that of her husband, both adorned with a ring, to her Instagram stories. “Forever yours Forever mine,” the text atop the photo read, punctuated by a heart.

Around 40 close friends and family members had been invited to the intimate ceremony, People reports. Among them were Kai, Donald III, Tristan, Spencer, and Chloe, the groom’s five children from his first marriage to Vanessa Kay Haydon. Donald Trump Jr. was also joined by his sister Ivanka Trump, his half-sister Tiffany Trump and his brother Eric Trump, all accompanied by their respective spouses.

The latter told Page Six couldn’t be “happier” for his elder brother. “Don and Bettina are wonderful together,” he said. “I’m so proud to have witnessed so much of their journey as a couple. They truly light up around each other and it’s been amazing watching their story unfold. Couldn’t be happier for them on their special day,”

The Bahamas event followed a Thursday marriage ceremony in West Palm Beach, the New York Times reports. The groom’s very famous father did not attend either event, the president admitted via Truth Social. “While I very much wanted to be with my son, Don Jr., and the newest member of the Trump Family, his soon to be wife, Bettina, circumstances pertaining to Government, and my love for the United States of America, do not allow me to do so,” he wrote. “I feel it is important for me to remain in Washington, D.C., at the White House during this important period of time.” Speaking with reporters on Thursday, Trump said “hopefully they’re going to have a great marriage,” the NYT reports.

According to Page Six, the arrangements for the day were entrusted to New York-based Lewis Miller Design, which specializes in floral creations for special occasions, while the tiered cake was ordered from Sweet Stacy’s, a luxury patisserie based in Palm Beach, Florida.

Unlike her husband, this is the first marriage for Bettina Anderson. The philanthropist was previously engaged to Beau Wrigley, heir to the Wrigley candy and chewing gum empire, but the relationship ended before the couple wed. Donald Trump Jr. also suffered a broken engagement in recent years, after the end of his relationship with former Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle was made public in December 2024 with the news that Trump was instead dating Anderson.

According to CNN, Anderson had initially hoped to hold their wedding at the White House, but Donald Trumps Jr. and Sr. both opposed that plan. But Saturday’s festivities aren’t the end of the marriage celebration for the couple, as the newlyweds plan to gather more friends and family for a big party later this year—and that event, some say, might indeed be held at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
