New movie and TV releases on HBO Max from May 11 to May 17, 2026, include the latest chapter of a Batman animated show.
The third season of the animated series follows Badcomputer activating his own satellite. This leads to him taking over every computer on the planet. Thus, the heroes decide to launch into space to beat him. Season 3 has been split into parts, and the first one premiered on December 5, 2025. The next set of episodes released on February 6, 2026, and the third batch will arrive on May 22, 2026. In the previous episode, viewers saw Batman, Buff, and Ace trying to fight a magical fire in Poison Ivy’s fortress.
Also coming to HBO Max is the 2018 action-adventure film Tomb Raider. Directed by Roar Uthaug, it is based on the video game franchise of the same name. It chronicles the adventures of a headstrong woman named Lara Croft who delves deep into the mystery behind her father’s disappearance.
The film features Alicia Vikander, Dominic West, Walton Goggins, and Daniel Wu, among others.
