Dusan Vlahovic and Kenan Yildiz start together for Juventus in a bid to secure Champions League football, but Moise Kean is out for Fiorentina.
It kicks off at the Allianz Juventus Stadium in Turin at 11.00 UK time (12.00 CEST).
There are five kicking off simultaneously to ensure fairness, because going into the penultimate weekend there are just five points separating Napoli, Juventus, Milan, Roma and Como in the fight for the top four.
The Bianconeri climbed into third place with a 1-0 victory away to Lecce, which was sealed by Vlahovic’s second goal in as many games.
He leads the way again today, supported by Kenan Yildiz, Weston McKennie and Francisco Conceicao.

It is always a special game for the ex-Fiorentina striker against his old club.
Khephren Thuram is still not fully fit, so Teun Koopmeiners gets the nod in midfield, while the season is over for Juan Cabal and Arek Milik.

Fiorentina have now guaranteed their Serie A safety, so can finally play without pressure in this trip to one of their oldest rivals.
Kean is out for the eighth match in a row due to that recurring ankle problem and cannot face his former club, while Albert Gudmundsson is not at his best either.

Roberto Piccoli returns in attack, with Manor Solomon, Cher Ndour and another ex-Juventus players in Nicolò Fagioli.
Viola fans would love nothing more than for their team to put a spanner in the works for Juve ambitions.
