The real house used as Walter White’s home in Breaking Bad has been sold. Streamer Adin Ross bought the Albuquerque, New Mexico property for about $1.3 million, as per TMZ. The house first hit the market in early 2025 for reportedly $3.9 million.

It later returned to the market in early February 2026 at $400,000, closer to market value. That lower listing price reportedly appears to have sparked heavy interest. Around 30 serious offers came in during a short bidding war.

However, Adin Ross outbid several buyers and secured the property through an LLC. Ross mentioned during a February 8 livestream on Kick that he was close to buying the house. Listing agent Alicia Feil said more offers “came rolling in,” and the price jumped by nearly $500,000 (via New York Post).

The final sale landed at $1.3 million. Ross said he plans to turn the house into a near-exact version of how it appeared on the show. His plans include referencing famous moments from the show like money hidden in the vents, recreating the famous pizza-on-the-roof moment and even bringing in an RV (via Dexerto).

He said, “I had to outbid some people, but I’m happy bro. It was a really good price, a really fair price.” He also hinted at possibly involving members of the show’s cast in future plans and even offering partial ownership.

If Ross moves forward with his plans, the house could become a full fan attraction and content hub inspired by one of TV’s most iconic crime dramas.
