Walton, who plays Jill in Y&R, has wished Thompson a happy 10th anniversary. The actress went on to gush about working with Thompson, calling him an “accomplished and conscientious actor.” Walton added, “His character is forceful, intelligent, and very lovable. Same as he is in real life! It’s been my joy and privilege to have worked with you all these years!”
Peter Bergman
Bergman, who plays Thompson’s on-screen brother Jack, also had some heartfelt words for him. The actor called Thompson “a supremely talented actor, and an all-around great guy,” and congratulated him for his 10-year run on the soap.
