Roma are going full steam ahead for strikers, as it’s reported they agreed a loan with €28.5m option to buy for Aston Villa’s Donyell Malen, while Marseille are ready to sell Robinio Vaz for €25m.
The Giallorossi spent weeks chasing first targets Joshua Zirkzee and Giacomo Raspadori, but with the Manchester United change of management adjusting their strategy and the Italy international unsure about quitting Atletico Madrid already, they were forced to look elsewhere.
Malen and Robinio Vaz close to Roma

According to Sky Sport Italia pundit Angelo Mangiante, an agreement has been reached with Aston Villa to secure Dutch international Malen on loan with an option to buy for €28.5m.
Meanwhile, Il Tempo also maintain that Roma are very close to shaking hands with Olympique Marseille for France Under-20 sensation Robinio Vaz.

He won’t celebrate his 19th birthday until next month, but already has four goals and two assists in 14 Ligue 1 appearances this season.
The cost of this operation would be around €25m, although it remains to be seen what loan and obligation or option to buy terms would be suitable.
Footmercato maintain it is a loan with option to buy for a total €25m including bonuses, while the player agrees a four and a half year contract.
