General Hospital’s January 8 episode turned out to be a pivotal one. The episode delivered a tense courtroom sequence and also confirmed that Willow was the one who shot Drew.
For context, following Drew’s damaging testimony, Alexis called Willow to the stand in an effort to strengthen their case. Despite aggressive cross-examination from Justine, Willow remained composed. She denied stealing Edward’s gun, denied shooting Drew, and admitted that she loved him deeply.
Her testimony initially appeared strong enough to convince the jury of her innocence. However, a series of flashbacks revealed that Willow did commit the crime, making it clear that she was lying in court. This twist led many fans to believe that Drew’s shooting arc may finally be nearing its conclusion.
