O’Charley’s, 2077 Interchange Road, Millcreek Township. (Vacuum sealing steaks without a food hazard plan, called HACCP plan; Catfish in a chill drawer on the cooking line wasn’t cold enough; food that should be a least 135 degrees was found at 110 to 123 degrees; employee observed talking on a cell phone wearing gloves and didn’t change them when returning to work.)
