在廣播道上打滾近三十年，問我最敬畏的是誰？肯定是俞琤（YT）。 在商台的日子，有幸與YT近身工作，與她開會是「天花板級的地獄」，以為想到甚麼好蹺，能博得她稱讚麼？每次只被她批評得體無完膚，然後她就在我們面前拋出一條絕世好橋，而我只能垂頭喪氣地離開她的辦公室。 YT對用字、用聲與時間掌握之嚴謹也是「天花板級」的。試過主持深宵節目時，她忽然來電，只說了一句：「你頭先講咗啲乜？」然後便掛綫；也試過與她在錄音室錄製電台宣傳聲帶，她親自操刀，錄了近一百take，仍不滿意。作為她的下屬，雖然一點也不好受，但感恩有幸經歷過如此煉獄般的特訓，當中所學到的，畢生受用。 離開電台後，有幸與YT保持聯繫。記得第一套電影《王家欣》上畫前，我大膽邀請她來看試片，YT二話不說，話嚟就嚟，看完後還邀請我到她家促膝而談。記得她說：「你搵得我嚟，唔係諗住我睇完會讚你㗎可？」然後她將意見及改善方法毫不保留地告訴我，又動用她的人脈來幫助我宣傳，當時實在感激不已。後來每部電影上畫前，我也會先邀請YT到試片室觀看，她每次都嚟，每次都字字珠璣，沒有半句廢話，說完便瀟灑離去。 廣播道上人才輩出，我沒資格做YT的徒弟或愛將，但在我心中，她肯定是我的恩師。能夠從YT口中得到嘉許，是人生一大成就，遺憾至今我從未得到YT的稱讚，反而數月前，她竟在本欄中找到一個錯處，然後發短訊給我，當時實在慚愧得無地自容。 數天前，突然收到YT的短訊，一張圖、四隻字：「如果你嚟」，原來是她為了心光盲人院暨學校籌款而出山，我馬上回覆她：「我一定嚟！」以我認識的YT，箭無虛發，如果你在YuTsang.com上還搶到飛的話，建議你一定要嚟。 Source link
