最近看見傳媒報道「慈悲教育」，覺得很好。 「慈悲」為佛教的核心精神，意指對眾生施予大愛與幫助，且不求回報。慈，是指慈悲心腸。在繁忙的辦公室裏，我們每天都在處理各種工作任務，也常常遇到需要幫助的同事。有次，一位新進的同事對公司的流程感到困惑，不知道如何操作。當時，我正忙着手頭的工作，但看到她焦急的神情，心中有種推動力。我放下手中的文件，耐心地一步步指導她，直到她完全明白。我沒有計較時間，也沒有抱怨煩瑣，這樣就是最簡單的慈悲，不僅使對方感受到溫暖，也讓自己內心更加充實與平靜。 但「慈悲」以外，我們還應該再做多一步——「喜捨」。喜，是指喜悅和滿足。在辦公室裏，經常會有一些小事情能帶來喜悅。例如，同事傳來一個笑話，讓大家笑聲連連；或者完成一個困難的專案，獲得主管的肯定。當我們以一顆喜悅的心來看待工作和生活，就能從中找到快樂。捨，是指捨棄私心與執着。在辦公室裏，難免會遇到一些利益衝突。有時候，我們會因為個人利益而不願意分享資訊，或是在衝突中堅持自己的立場，導致氣氛緊張。但和同事相處的日子漸多，自然體會到，捨棄私心，才能換來更和諧的合作。在工作上，站在大局着想，與同事坦誠溝通，最終找到共贏方案。這種捨棄，並非失去，而是一種智慧的選擇，讓我們的工作環境更和諧，也讓自己的心境更加寬廣。 慈悲之後，還需喜捨。辦公室的每一個細節，都蘊藏着我們修行的機會。當我們用慈悲的心去對待同事，用喜悅的心去享受成就，用捨棄的心來放下執着，上班下班不僅僅是賺取薪水，更是一場心靈的修行。 Source link
