Lazio’s entire campaign rests on this match, as they are struggling in Serie A just to secure a top 10 finish.
Nuno Tavares and Mattia Zaccagni were among those rested last week who return here, with Alessio Romagnoli who will be suspended for the upcoming Rome Derby.
Tijjani Noslin leads the attack, flanked by Zaccagni and Gustav Isaksen.
Danilo Cataldi and Nicolò Rovella are still not at 100 per cent after long injury lay-offs, while Ivan Provedel is in the stands.
The only previous Coppa Italia Final of Maurizio Sarri’s career was a defeat, when his Juventus lost to Napoli in 2020.
The Lazio coach is suspended following the chaotic semi-final with Atalanta, so his assistant Marco Ianni is on the touchline.
