When Carter leaves for a finance meeting, Ridge stays behind to comfort Brooke. He reassures her that Katie is still her sister but admits he does not believe she can succeed as a fashion mogul.
Katie’s doubt continues
Bill encourages Katie not to let others’ doubts affect her confidence and reminds her that he fully supports her. He urges her not to take Brooke seriously before leaving her alone with her thoughts. Meanwhile, Brooke can’t stop dwelling on Katie bringing up their past. Ridge reassures Brooke that she has been a good sister and insists that Katie will soon realize that fashion isn’t her strength.
Elsewhere, Katie continues replaying the fight in her head, deeply hurt by Brooke’s cruel words. She imagines her first runway show failing disastrously, with Brooke laughing at her humiliation, which leads Katie to consider giving up altogether.
Electra confronts Dylan’s strange behavior
Dylan is overjoyed with the place Will and Electra have given her to stay. She hugs Will to thank him for helping her during her financial struggles, while Electra watches uneasily.
