Two teenagers were arrested in Portland on Friday for allegedly assaulting a man and pistol-whipping him, with one facing charges of second- and third-degree assault, first-degree attempted assault, unlawful use of a weapon and harassment, and the other facing charges of second- and third-degree assault and unlawful use of a weapon.
