Call it Manhattan South or Hollywood East, but Palm Beach County now feels like the center of the celebrity universe.
The area certainly knows its flashbulbs, especially on the island where galas, fundraisers and black‑tie nights reliably draw cameras. But restaurant sightings operate on a different wavelength. They happen at banquettes, bar stools and corner tables, where the cooking — not the crowd — is the draw.
The recent whisper‑network frenzy around Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce followed them not to nightclubs, but to Buccan and Harry’s restaurants, after Kelce rented a home in Boca Raton last summer.
Boldface residents add continuity. Sylvester Stallone and Guy Fiery remain the area’s most familiar. Mark Wahlberg’s relocation to Delray Beach further underscores the county’s pull.
Recent Dustin Hoffman and Melissa Etheridge sightings fit the pattern, while George Hamilton still delivers a sun‑kissed cameo wherever he goes.
Sports royalty is just as present. Michael Jordan and Tiger Woods’ ties run deep here, reinforcing a culture where discretion matters.
As Us Weekly magazine likes to say, stars are just like us. They come here to eat well, linger longer and live their lives off‑camera…to the extent possible!
