Dark Minimalism Returns
Rebecca Ferguson returned to familiar moody territory for the New York premiere of Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man, wearing Olivier Theyskens. After shining in gold at the world premiere, this look felt far more aligned with the aesthetic we often associate with her. Theyskens has long specialised in sleek, pared-back silhouettes with a hint of gothic sensuality, making the label a natural match for Rebecca’s red carpet instincts. From the front, the gown reads almost austere with its high halter neckline and fluid column shape, but the drama arrives when she turns around.
The open back introduces a striking sensual element that transforms an otherwise minimalist design into something far more memorable.

Classic Precision
Cillian Murphy opted for timeless tailoring in a custom Giorgio Armani black double-breasted suit with peak lapels, paired with a tonal black shirt and an archival neck tie. The look was all about precision. It is a formula that the Irish actor returns to often, and with good reason. When the tailoring is this exact, there is little need to complicate things. The result felt elegant, composed, and entirely in keeping with the actor’s understated red carpet approach.

Pinstripe With Personality
Barry Keoghan delivered one of the most distinctive looks of the night in a Thom Browne striped suit, leaning into the pinstripe moment that seems to be having a strong week on red carpets. Browne’s tailoring is rarely straightforward, yet here the sharply cut suit is giving classic banker codes without the expected subversive twist. The accessories added another layer of personality. A David Yurman DY Mercer Petite Toggle Chain necklace, accented with a watch face hanging from his pocket, introduced a pocket-watch inflection that subtly nodded to vintage menswear traditions. Finishing the look with Dr. Martens 1460 Harness leather lace-up boots gave the outfit a grounded, rebellious edge we expect from the Irish actor.
