男團MIRROR 2022年7月28日的紅館演唱會,「阿Mo」李啟言等兩名舞蹈員被懸掛半空的巨型屏幕飛鍘擊中。事後演唱會工程總承辦商藝能工程被揭涉虛報屏幕重量,藝能3名職員否認串謀欺詐罪受審,案件今(30日)在區院裁決。法官裁定3人均罪脫。 3名被告依次是吳凱瑩(41歲,項目經理)、林志華(60歲,工程統籌)及梁耀祖(48歲,項目經理)。他們被控於2022年5月19日至7月25日期間,串謀向康文署經理訛稱兩個負重表內註明的各項設備重量為實際重量,以誘使署方經理允許「MIRROR. WE. ARE. LIVE CONCERT 2022」的演唱會繼續舉行。 據控方開案陳詞指,6塊LED屏幕實際重量為9852.5磅,是報稱重量的2.7倍;8個擴音器實際重量為12240.8磅,是報稱重量的7.7倍。整個負重表實際重量,是報稱重量的4.2倍。專家指,超過13個負重點超重逾100%。控方表示,如果知道負重表內容不是真確,康文署不會批准演唱會進行。3名被告均在審訊中均選擇不自辯,也不傳召辯方證人。 案件編號:DCCC 291/2023 Source link
