PHILADELPHIA (TNND) — A New York man accused of sexually assaulting two teenage girls in separate Pennsylvania incidents was taken into custody, according to authorities.
The U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crime Fugitive Task Force on Friday identified the suspect as 28-year-old Dijani Brown.

“The arrest of Dijani Brown removes a sexual predator from the community and underscores the seriousness with which the Marshals Service treats warrants involving children,” Robert Clark, who is the supervisory deputy U.S. marshal for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, said in a news release.
Clark said Brown sexually assaulted two girls in October. According to investigators, Brown assaulted a 13-year-old girl in Manor Township, Lancaster County, on October 12, as well as a 14-year-old girl in Horsham Township, Montgomery County, two days later.
Authorities said Brown met both girls through friend finder apps, lied about his age, and assaulted them inside his car.
While two warrants were issued for his arrest, Clark said, he failed to surrender.

Clark said members of the U.S. Marshals New York/New Jersey Regional Task Force and investigators from the Marshals Task Force in Philadelphia tracked Brown at a home in Yonkers, New York, where he was staying with a family member. He was arrested at the scene and taken to the Westchester County jail, where he awaits extradition to Pennsylvania.
