This comes after Jude Bellingham was forced to limp out of the club’s meeting with Rayo Vallecano.
Los Blancos are of course currently locked in action on the domestic front, in a league meeting with capital rivals Vallecano.
As things stand late in proceedings in Madrid, the clash remains deadlocked at a goal apiece, with hosts Real desperately searching for a winner.
As alluded to above, though, the current scoreline is far from the only source of concern for Álvaro Arbeloa’s troops.
In addition, they have seen a leading member of the club’s midfield ranks pick up what could prove to be a costly injury.
Inside the opening 10 minutes at the Bernabéu, Jude Bellingham pulled up suddenly clutching his hamstring.
The distress was immediately visible on the Englishman’s face, as Bellingham limped straight down the tunnel with tears streaming down his face.
